Ray founded Diriga Technologies with a clear conviction: that organizations of every size deserve the same caliber of IT security and infrastructure that protects the largest enterprises and defense agencies.

With over 15 years of experience spanning managed IT services, cybersecurity operations, and federal compliance frameworks, Ray built Diriga to bridge the gap between business-grade IT and defense-grade security.

Before founding Diriga, Ray led IT operations for organizations navigating complex regulatory environments, gaining firsthand understanding of the challenges that small and mid-market companies face when compliance requirements intersect with limited resources.
